Product Technical Specifications
| Main Structural Framework | 80mm x 80mm or 100mm x 100mm Hot-dip Galvanized Steel Tubing. Minimum 3.0mm thickness. Rust-proof treated both internally and externally. |
|---|---|
| Jumping Mats (Webbing) | Imported USA PP (Polypropylene) mesh. UV-resistant, anti-static, and tested to withstand millions of bounce cycles. Enhanced with 8-row heavy-duty perimeter stitching. |
| Spring Technology | 21cm or 28cm high-tensile piano wire springs (galvanized). Precisely engineered hook angles to prevent snap-off and optimize rebound elasticity. |
| Safety Padding System | 70mm thick closed-cell EPE (Pearl Cotton) foam, enveloped in 0.55mm fire-retardant, high-density PVC tarpaulin. Impervious to water and sweat. |
| Play Zones Integration | Modular design supporting Free Jump Court, Dodgeball Arena, Slam Dunk Zone, Olympic High-Performance Trampolines, Foam Pit, and Ninja Warrior Obstacle Course. |
| Safety Netting | High-tenacity nylon enclosure nets (soft-touch) to segregate zones and protect structural perimeters. |
Industry-Leading Safety & Compliance
Liability is the number one concern for FEC investors. Our trampoline systems are engineered strictly around international safety frameworks, ensuring smooth insurance approvals and minimizing injury risks.
🇺🇸 ASTM F2970 (Standard Practice for Trampoline Courts)
- Padding Redundancy: All steel frameworks and hard surfaces within the jump arena are completely obscured by shock-absorbing padding. No exposed springs or gaps.
- Structural Load Testing: The steel chassis is engineered and tested to sustain static and dynamic loads far exceeding maximum patron capacity without bending or fatigue.
- Clearance Zones: Strict adherence to vertical and horizontal clearance dimensions around high-performance beds to prevent ceiling or wall collisions.
🇪🇺 CE / EN Standards Compliance
- Material Toxicity: All PVC covers and foam paddings are RoHS and REACH compliant, ensuring no harmful heavy metals or toxic off-gassing in enclosed indoor environments.
- Fire Resistance: Padding and netting materials pass strict flammability tests (e.g., NFPA 701, EN 71-2) critical for indoor mall compliance.
Venue Requirements & Turnkey Installation
Before initiating a 3D design, your commercial space must meet critical architectural prerequisites. Trampoline parks cannot be installed in standard retail units.
Critical Building Prerequisites
- Clear Ceiling Height (Crucial): A minimum clear height of 5.2 meters (17 feet) is mandatory for standard jump zones. For Olympic or High-Performance trampolines, 6 meters (20 feet) or more is required. This height must be clear of HVAC ducts, fire sprinklers, and lighting fixtures.
- Floor Load & Foundation: The venue must have a level, reinforced concrete floor to support the intense downward kinetic force generated by multiple jumpers. Ground-floor locations are highly recommended.
- Support Pillars: Provide an accurate CAD floor plan marking all existing structural pillars. Our design team will integrate these pillars into the layout by encasing them in heavy-duty collision pads.
The Turnkey Setup Process
- Global Dispatch: Our factory provides professional, English-speaking installation engineers who travel to your site globally to lead the assembly.
- Precision Assembly: The complex grid of galvanized steel is bolted (not welded on-site) ensuring perfect alignment, tensioning of thousands of springs, and meticulous securing of safety pads.
- Handover & Maintenance Training: Post-installation, our engineers conduct a structural handover and train your staff on daily inspection protocols (checking spring tension, mat integrity, and pad velcro).
